KURT COBAIN

Well, it's so hard to write anything about Kurt Cobain. Everything has been said.
I thought it would be easier after all these years (this interview was made 10 years ago).
It's a sham. It was only yesterday. But i don't want to dwell more on that subject.
It took me quite a long time to overcome it.

this meeting was planned for Aligre Fm & a fanzine named Hyacinth.
We were following that band & the Seattle scene since 1989 and it was obvious for us to keep on.
We met when they were in Paris for the first day of their promo tour for the release of Nevermind
A late thursday evening in a hotel in Pigalle in october 1991.
Kurt Cobain had prefered to talk to a french fanzine than to the parisian corporate rock radio.
I would like to thank Naļa without who this interview wouldn't have been the same.
She asked all those non-musical questions that take all their depth because of what have happened.
I thought it was better to leave this interview unedited
so i was sure not to betray the thoughts of Kurt Cobain.
"...i'm not like them but i can pretend..."

Of course, there is many web sites on Nirvana, those are the ones i think are worth going by.
First of all, it's not conceivable not to go to Nirva.Nu with all their dozens of live & demos MP3.
then you could go browsing to The Nirvana Internet Fan Club
and the NirvanAway website & if you want more the Heart-Shaped Box Web page
should make your journey enjoyable with its own FTP server full of good stuff.

Hopw can i leave you without mentioning the strange summary of Tom Grant,
the private detective hired by Courtney Love, over the last days of Kurt Cobain
and all these questions left without proper answers.
